"hum ney bani Israel ko yeh farman likh diya tha kay jo koi kissi ko qatal keray , jabkay yeh qatal naa kissi aur jaan ka badla lenay kay liye ho aur naa kissi kay zameen mein fasad phelaney ki wajeh say ho , tu yeh aisa hai jaisay uss ney tamam insanon ko qatal kerdiya , aur jo shaks kissi ki jaan bachaley tu yeh aisa hai jaisay uss ney tamam insanon ki jaan bachali"
Quran 5:32
Jo kehte hain ki yeh hukum sirf bani isreal ke liye tha unko Qur'an ka sahi knowledge nahi.
Pehli baat yeh hain ki Qur'an main directly aisa hukum dusari ayat main aaj ke muslims ko bhi diya hua hain.
"aur jiss jaan ko Allah ney hurmat ata ki hai , usse qatal naa karo , illa yeh kay tumhen uss ka haq phonchta ho"
Quran 17:33, 6:151
Aur Mohammad ﷺ se pehle jo kanoon diya gaya wo law aaj ke muslims pe bhi lagu hota hain.
Par uske liye kuchh niyam hain jaise -
Koi kanoon agar pehle ki kitaab main ho, jisko hum sirf jews aur Christian scholars ke likhi huee books (Torah, Bible) se hi jante hain, aur Qur'an ya hadith main uska zikar na ho to wo lagu nahi hoga.
Koi kanoon pehle ki kitaab main ho, aur uska zikar Qur'an ya hadith main bhi ho, aur uska hukum bhi humko diya gaya ho wo lagu hoga jaise- Zakat, Namaz, Roza, Jihad, etc. Quran 2:83, 2:183, 2:246
Koi kanoon pehle kI kitaab main ho, aur uska zikar Qur'an ya hadith main bhi ho, aur usko Qur'an hadith main radd kar diya ho, wo law lagu nahi hoga jaise- "saneechar kay din kay ehkaam tu unn logon per lazim kiye gaye thay" Qur'an 16:124 aur Chelev unhi ke liye haram tha Qur'an 6:145-146
Koi kanoon pehle ki kitaab main ho, aur uska zikar Quran ya Hadith main bhi ho, lakeen uska hukum humko nahi diya ho aur usko radd bhi nahi kiya ho, wo kanoon humpe bhi lagu hoga, aise bahut sare law hain Qur'an main, jaise -
"uss ney tumharay liye deen ka wohi tareeqa tey kiya hai jiss ka hukum uss ney nooh ko diya tha , aur jo ( aey payghumber ! ) hum ney tumharay paas wahi kay zariye bheja hai aur jiss ka hukum hum ney Ibrahim , musa aur isa ko diya tha kay tum deen ko qaeem kero , aur uss mein tafarqa naa daalna . ( phir bhi ) mushrikeen ko woh baat boht giraan guzarti hai jiss ki taraf tum enhen dawat dey rahey ho . Allah jiss ko chahta hai , chunn ker apni taraf kheench leta hai , aur jo koi iss say loa lagata hai , ussay apney paas phoncha deta hai"
Quran 42:13
"yeh log woh thay jinn ko Allah ney hidayat ki thi , lehaza ( aey payghumber ! ) tum bhi inhi kay raastay per chalo . keh do kay mein tum say iss per koi ujrat nahi maangta . yeh tu duniya jahan kay sabb logon kay liye aik naseehat hai , aur bus"
Qur'an 6:90
"phir ( aey payghumber ! ) hum ney tum per bhi wahi ke zariye yeh hukum nazil kiya hai kay tum Ibrahim kay deen ki perwi kero jiss ney apna rukh Allah hi ki taraf kiya huwa tha , aur woh unn logon mein say nahi thay jo Allah kay sath shirk kertay hain"
Qur'an 16:123
Aur sunnah main bhi evidence hain aise jaise-
Mohammad ﷺ wo ayat padhey jo directly Mohammad ﷺ ko hukum nahi diya gaya balki iska hukum musa a.s ko diya gaya tha
"mujhay yaad rakhney kay liye namaz qaeem karo" Qur'an 20:14

Qisas lena Torah se Qur'an 5:45

itne evidence se clear pata chalta hain ki 5:32 main jo hukum diya gaya tha wo sirf bani-isreal ke liye nahi tha balki aaj ke Muslims ke liye bhi hain .
